Kids Camp
The Monthly Plan entitles you to unlimited, 8, or 4 Entries to Boulder Planet and Boruda each month.
Unused Entries do not roll over to the next month.
Your Monthly Plan is activated on the Date of Purchase. The initial charge would be the Initiation Fee + the first month’s subscription fee.
Billing will be month-to-month, recurring on the Date of Purchase. For example, if you start your subscription on the 10th of January, your next billing date is on the 10th of February, and so on.
The registration fee is not a deposit or a one-time fee that grants permanent access to the Monthly Plans. It is a one-time charge that applies when you sign up for the Monthly Plan.
You can freeze your Monthly Plan for a maximum of 3 consecutive months. A fee of $10/month will be incurred.
You must notify us 72 hours before your upcoming billing cycle.
The freeze must start on your next billing date. For example, if your billing date is every 10th of the month, you must notify us before this date to enact the freeze.
You are required to submit a request to our WhatsApp at +6594692386 if you want to freeze your Monthly Plan. Requests submitted through other channels (e.g., email, Instagram DMs, etc.) will not be valid.
You can downgrade your Monthly Plan. A fee of $30 will be incurred, effective 1 November 2022.
The downgrade must start on your next billing date. For example, if your billing date is every 10th of the month, you must notify us 72 hours before this date to enact the downgrade.
You are required to submit a request to our WhatsApp at +6594692386 if you want to downgrade your Monthly Plan. Requests submitted through other channels (e.g. Email, Instagram DMs, etc.) will not be valid.
You can upgrade your Monthly Plan. No Fee is applied.
The upgrade must start on your next billing date. For example, if your billing date is every 10th of the month, you must notify us 72 hours before this date to enact the upgrade.
You are required to submit a request to our WhatsApp at +6594692386 if you want to upgrade your Monthly Plan. Requests submitted through other channels (e.g. Email, Instagram DMs, etc.) will not be valid.
All Monthly Plans are non-shareable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
Once you are billed for the month, no returns will be provided upon cancellation.
Your account with the Monthly Plan cannot have other climbers linked to it unless you already have 5x or 10x Entry Passes in your account before signing up for a Monthly Plan.
If you would like to get a Monthly Plan and also still purchase 10x or 5x Entry Passes to share with your friends, you can create another BP Account using a different email address from the one with your Monthly Plan.
You are required to submit a request to our WhatsApp at +6594692386 if you want to cancel (terminate) your Monthly Plan. Requests submitted through other channels (e.g. Email, Instagram DMs, etc.) will not be valid.
The termination must start on your next billing date. For example, if your billing date is every 10th of the month, you must notify us 72 hours before this date to enact the termination.
Once you’ve cancelled your Monthly Plan, should you want to sign up for it again in the future, the Initiation Fee will be payable.
If your BP Monthly Plan is frozen, the perks above will not be applicable during the frozen period. However, these perks will resume once your status is reactivated.
Upon termination of your BP Monthly Plan, these perks will cease to apply.
Failure to comply with the prevailing Terms & Conditions, Boulder Planet reserves the right to refuse the redemption of the perks.
Boulder Planet reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. If any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be updated on boulderplanet.sg/subscription.
Three consecutive months of non-payment will result in immediate and automatic termination of your Monthly Plan.
