Terms & Conditions
The minimum age is 6 years old, and the maximum age is 12 years old as of the current year.
As for any activities, there is some level of risk in climbing. It is part of our syllabus to teach how the kids/youth can mitigate these risks. Our coaches are licensed first-aiders that will provide immediate assistance in the event of an accident. Your child’s safety is our number one priority.
You will receive a receipt of your payment (via email). We will also send you another email within one working day for further instructions regarding your child's enrollment.
Makeup class is subject to availability on a case-to-case basis.
The Assessment Session is the first step for all new students interested in joining BP Rocketeers.
During the session, one of our coaches will assess your child’s climbing ability, movement skills, confidence level, and overall readiness so that we can recommend the most suitable class placement.
Every child develops at a different pace and may have different levels of climbing experience.
The Assessment Session helps us:
Place your child in the most appropriate class
Ensure they can learn alongside peers of a similar level
Create the best possible learning environment for everyone
Allow coaches to understand your child’s strengths and areas for development

There are no pass or fail criteria.
The session is simply an opportunity for our coaches to get to know your child and determine which BP Rocketeers class would be the best fit.
No.
Children with no climbing experience are welcome.
The Assessment Session is suitable for both complete beginners and experienced climbers.
Depending on your child’s age and experience, coaches may observe:
Basic climbing movement
Coordination and balance
Body awareness
Confidence on the wall
Ability to follow instructions
Problem-solving skills
Previous climbing experience (if any)
The session is designed to be fun, engaging, and low-pressure.
Please wear:
Comfortable sports attire
Clothing that allows free movement
Avoid:
Dresses or skirts
Restrictive clothing
Yes, rental climbing shoes are included for the Assessment Session.
If your child already owns climbing shoes, they are welcome to bring them.
Yes, parents are welcome to observe from the designated viewing areas.
However, we encourage children to engage independently with the coach whenever possible.
Following the assessment, the coach will decide if the BP Rocketeers class is suitable for your child.
This will be based on:
Ability level
Confidence
Physical readiness
Learning needs
Available class options
Class placement is subject to availability.
If class has available spaces, our team will guide you through the enrolment process.
If class is full, we may place your child on a waitlist or suggest alternative options.
Yes.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us via Whatsapp as early as possible and we will assist based on available slots.
All new students interested in joining BP Rocketeers are required to complete an Assessment Session before enrolling in our weekly classes.
