Content Creator (Entry Level)
 

We seek a creative and passionate individual to join our team as an in-house Content Creator for our climbing gyms. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality content that showcases the excitement and challenges of climbing and resonates with our target audience of climbers and adventure enthusiasts.

Prerequisites:

• Develop and produce engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for various platforms, including our website, social media channels, email newsletters, and in-gym materials.

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that promote our gym and services, build our brand, and connect with our target audience.

• Conduct interviews and research to produce engaging stories, blog posts, and videos highlighting our community, events, and programmes.

• Plan and execute creative and eye-catching photo and video shoots to capture the excitement of our gym's climbing, bouldering, and fitness activities.

• Edit and proofread all content for accuracy, grammar, and brand consistency.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in the climbing industry to ensure our content remains fresh, relevant, and engaging.

• Collaborate with other team members to create content that promotes our retail offerings, climbing competitions, and community events.

• Manage and organise digital assets such as images, videos, and other media files.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative and innovative ideas for content and campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Local Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience with content creation and social media management is preferred but not required.

• A passion for climbing, with a strong understanding of the climbing community and culture.

• Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging content that resonates with our audience.
