SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Booking Information: The 1.5-hour trial session is a diagnostic assessment to onboard students for our Rocketeers class. This enables our coaches to assess the students' "starting point" regarding their ability and suitability for the class content and level. An initial assessment will be made for the coach to determine the course of training when the student joins our class. This is a drop-off class. Only students attending the class will be allowed into the gym. Class information and requirements: Attire: Come in sportswear with a pair of socks. Climbing shoes will be provided Class Day: Every Saturday or Sunday, 9 am - 1030am Syllabus 1. Safety - bouldering and falling 2. Climbing terms - holds, orientation, etc. 3. Techniques - matching, crossing and tripod. 4. Guided climbs Note: Each participant must attend the Rocketeers assessment by our coach before signing up for the kid's class package. Booking Information: Class bookings will need to be made three days in advance. Based on our coaches ' availability, a booking confirmation will be sent to you once the session is confirmed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
By making payment for your selected course/s, you and your participants agree to accept the following Terms and Cancellation Policy: (a) This class is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-shareable. (b) Absence from booked class for any reason will be considered a “no-show”, and payment will be forfeited. (c) No make-up class for a missed class. (d) We do not accept any postponement of classes.
